2, Nanjing Asahi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. launched a small switch IC Hall in 2011, the circuit chassis with black ceramic, non-magnetic gold-plated metal cover hermetic package, with a small (3.6 × 4.5 × 1.7mm3 ); a wide temperature range (-55 ℃ ~ + 150 ℃), have reverse voltage protection, high magnetic field sensitivity, wide supply voltage range and other characteristics, and various logic circuits can be directly connected.
